We have set up this site for you to easily review bid information, view prints and specifications, and order plans all in one location. Once registered, you will also receive automatic email notifications of important addenda and revisions to your project. With 24-hour a day secure access, you can view, order, and receive information when it is most convenient for you.

By consolidating the project files you need in one central location, we are able to reduce the project cost, reduce errors in the transfer of information, ensure you have access to the most recent documents, provide instant and equal access to all bidders, reduce waste of paper and resources, and give you the convenience of ordering anytime, anywhere.

Instructions to Get Started
To view or access plan room, view plan holders, project information, receive updates to bid documents, addenda, or other official correspondence, you need to create a profile.

Step 1: Click the "User Register" button on the PlanCommand page and fill out the required information, create a user password, and click "Save Registration". After your information is saved you can select "View Planroom" to see all the projects listed.

Step 2: For free electronic files choose the "Electronic Delivery" option and for payment choose "Free Electronic Download". You will be emailed a link with the full-size-to-scale drawings you requested. (Note that all communication from us will come from the email address notice@designbidbuild.net. Please add this to your contact list to prevent blockage by your spam filter.)

Step 3: For hard copies of bid documents choose the "Order Full Set" option on the upper left hand of the page. Choose "Hard Copy". Select Payment Type of check, cash, or credit card. The cost of the Hard Copies is the printer's cost of printing and shipping. (Warning: Do not attempt to download documents from the project information, they are print protected and will not print.)

Before You Begin
To ensure communication from our planroom is delivered to your email account, be sure our email (notice@designbidbuild.net) is added to your contact list and not retained by your spam filter.

Additionally, ensure our domain name (DesignBidBuild.net) is approved by your email server's "white list" of domains. This will allow all messages from our planroom to be delivered to you.
