Powell Hall is part of Elon’s historic central quad and is home to the Office of the President, the Interactive Media master’s program, and other academic offices and classrooms. Gray Pavilion is nearby historic campus building home to the political science faculty offices.

In this renovation, our team provided architectural and interior finish upgrades to Powell Hall and Gray Pavilion to increase their classroom and office capacities. The second floor of Powell Hall was re-configured to create a large classroom, conference space, and series of administrative offices. The scope of work at Gray Pavilion involved the transformation of the ground floor polling center into a large modern classroom, engagement center, and administrative offices.
