PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are looking for a liscensed architect that will be capable of managing multiple projects of varying complexity and scale. Canadites should have mature design capabitlies and be interested in sharing their talents with others at RND.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Prepare design and construction drawings in coordination with Principals and Project Managers.
- Demonstrate project management and staff leadership skills.
- Experience in client interation and team coordination from design through construction.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Prepare design and construction drawings in coordination with Principals and Project Managers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills..
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project (pre- design through closeout)
- A working knowledge of design/construction liabilities, risks, and responsibilies.
- Proficient with advanced technology (Revit, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Projects)
- A professional degree in Architecture and liscenced to practice architecture within the United States (preferrably North Carolina)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a design firm.
