Gauri started at RND in 2024 as an Architectural Designer. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture in India and began her design career in 2019. She later pursued a Master of Architecture from IIT in Chicago, graduating in 2023. Gauri is working toward becoming a licensed architect in the United States.

Gauri specializes in healthcare projects, driven by her interest in the complexity of these buildings. Known for her hard work, strong knowledge base, and excellent research skills, she enjoys thinking creatively to deliver innovative solutions. In addition to healthcare, she frequently works on higher education projects. Notable projects she has contributed to include the Elon Catholic Ministries and the Durham County Board of Elections Renovation.

Her passion for architecture began with a love of history and historical preservation. Growing up in India, Gauri was captivated by the palaces and historical buildings. Today, her design philosophy centers on preserving the history of a building, while incorporating modern elements. Outside of work, Gauri enjoys cooking Asian cuisine, hiking, and exploring new places.
