Massimo joined RND as an Architectural Designer in August 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from NC State. With a focus on community and sustainability while at NC State he enjoyed working with and leading both Freedom by Design, and Design Council.

With a deep enjoyment for holistic design Massimo finds that Architecture is the best place where all visual mediums combine to create one harmonious piece that exemplifies a daily user’s experience. Studying rammed earth, 3D printing, 3D ceramic printing, laser cutting, and print making, designing a product excites him however products are not used daily. He chose architecture so those many design fields can be combined into a product that one experiences and uses every day.

Outside of work Massimo enjoys going to the movies and spending time with his girlfriend Erin.
