DH Hill Library, located on NC State University’s campus, has undergone a number of renovations within the past few years. One of the most critical was the renovation of its outdoor terrace, which sat vacant for decades.

Our design team revitalized the public space by introducing a bold new material palette and color scheme. The space is home to numerous tables for recreation and study, lounge chairs, shade structures, and accessible power outlets. The result is an adaptive, engaging, and active new university gathering space.
