The West and Virginia Residence Halls are historic campus buildings located at the heart of Elon University. RND upgraded, repaired, and transformed the facility’s interior to better serve the growing student population.

Included within the project scope were extensive building code and accessibility upgrades, interior finish upgrades and repairs, MEP system upgrades, and exterior window replacements. In addition, our team renovated 20,000 square feet of resident suites, faculty apartments, and common areas.
