Rose joined RND in 2025 as a Marketing Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Building Science and Technology from Appalachian State University. She brings a unique blend of interior design expertise with practice in strategic marketing.
Rose focuses on preparing proposals for future projects and overseeing various marketing initiatives. Rose possesses strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent organization. She enjoys creating meaningful concepts and expressing them through visual storytelling. Through her career, she has gained appreciation for the design process and believes marketing serves to empower both clients and business through a focus on purpose and value.
Rose’s passion for design began during her childhood, building small towns out of playing cards with both her brother and father. Outside of work, Rose enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her two cats, Pesto and Porcini.
