Office Upfit at American Tobacco for Private Client
RND is excited to begin construction of Phase 2 of a previous office upfit renovation we did at American Tobacco pre-pandemic. This new 6,400 SF expansion adds ten new offices in the historic Lucky Strike building, which stills carries some of its original industrial artifacts. Always a pleasure to touch this bit of Durham’s history. Working with a great construction team from New South Construction.
